• Interest In: Progressive small-animal general practice with opportunities to practice comprehensive medicine including preventative care, wellness, internal medicine, advanced diagnostics, dentistry, soft-tissue surgery, pain management, urgent/same-day care, and client education. Willowbend is equipped to provide everything from routine wellness visits to advanced medical and surgical care, with the added benefit of collaborating directly with board-certified specialists within our network on complex cases. 

 

• Open to Full-Time or Part-Time Veterinarians 

Experienced veterinarians will enjoy the autonomy, collaboration, and support to continue growing their clinical interests because learning doesn't stop after graduation. In addition to generous continuing education benefits, you'll have access to our Clinical Tracks Program, offering complimentary RACE-approved CE facilitated by our own board-certified veterinary specialists. Whether your passion is surgery, dentistry, internal medicine, leadership, or another area of veterinary medicine, we'll help you continue developing the skills and interests that matter most to you.

• Layout & Facility Highlights: Modern, full-service hospital featuring advanced in-house diagnostics, digital radiology, surgical and dental suites, comprehensive treatment areas, and progressive medical technology. Willowbend also offers advanced services including cardiology, ophthalmology, regenerative medicine, platelet-rich plasma (PRP), stem cell therapy, laser therapy, and in-network specialist collaboration, allowing doctors to practice an exceptional level of medicine without immediately referring complex cases.

• Patient Mix: A diverse companion animal caseload primarily consisting of dogs and cats, with an excellent balance of wellness care, internal medicine, dentistry, surgery, diagnostics, advanced medical workups, urgent care, and chronic disease management. Doctors enjoy the variety of practicing comprehensive medicine while having access to advanced consultation when needed.

Who We're Looking For

  • Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) degree.
  • A valid state license and in good standing to practice.
  • A collaborative spirit and a dedication to practicing the highest standard of medicine.
  • Excellent communication skills with a positive, friendly attitude.
