We ensure you have access to the resources required to practice high-quality, full-service small animal medicine. Our services are extensive, covering everything from routine Wellness and Prevention to complex Advanced Care. You will be utilizing comprehensive Testing and Diagnostics capabilities to support your decision-making, guaranteeing a challenging and rewarding caseload. We also maintain dedicated facilities for critical Surgical Procedures and provide essential Urgent Care services, guaranteeing a focus entirely on patient safety and successful outcomes.

🏥 About Us
We’re a thriving 8-doctor, AAHA-accredited practice, with 5–6 doctors on the floor daily and an average caseload of 19–22 patients per day. Our hospital blends general practice and urgent care, giving you the opportunity to expand your clinical skills in a dynamic environment.
We offer advanced diagnostics and treatment options, including:
Soft tissue and laser surgery
Therapeutic laser treatments
Ultrasound (including FAST scans)
Dedicated urgent care doctor for sick appointments

💼 Position Details
Status: Full Time
Compensation: $24 - $27 based on experience
Schedule: Weekday shifts with rotating Saturdays
Hospital Hours:
Mon–Fri: 7:30 AM – 6:00 PM
Sat: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM
Sun: Closed

🐕 What We’re Looking For
Minimum 1 years of experience in a veterinary hospital
Confidence and proficiency in:
Patient restraint
Venipuncture and subcutaneous injections
Triage and history taking
Vaccine protocol knowledge
Client communication (including discussing preventatives)
Sample collection, invoicing, and charging
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
Experience with:
Cornerstone software
IDEXX lab equipment
Scribenote AI charting tools (a plus!)

Your Impact as a Registered Veterinary Technician
Note: The Registered Veterinary Technician title is used in various states based on state-specific licensing and credentialing requirements. Responsibilities may vary depending on the hospital and/or state and will be outlined by the state’s Veterinary Practice Act and/or the responsible veterinarian, where applicable.
- Utilize Your Full Skillset: You'll be a vital part of the medical team, providing comprehensive patient care, including administering treatments, monitoring anesthesia, and performing lab work.
- Be a Leader and Mentor: You’ll guide and support the medical team, ensuring an efficient workflow while mentoring others to help them grow their skills and careers.
- Partner with Clients: You'll be a key point of contact for pet owners, educating them on treatments, reviewing medical records, and confidently answering their questions.
- Contribute to a Positive Culture: You'll play an active role in training, providing feedback, and maintaining the high standards of our hospital environment.
What You'll Bring to the Team
- Graduate of an AVMA-accredited Veterinary Technician program.
- A current state veterinary technician license (RVT) in good standing.
- Proficiency in a range of technical skills, including nursing, surgery, dental care, radiology, and laboratory procedures.
- A calm and efficient approach, especially in fast-paced or stressful situations.
- Strong communication skills and a passion for working collaboratively.
- One year of experience in the veterinary industry is preferred.
