WestfieldVeterinaryHospital has an opportunity for an Urgent Care Registered Veterinary Technician to join our team! Experienced non-credentialed assistants are encouraged to apply! Location:8789 NW 54th Ave, Johnston, IA 50131¯ Compensation: $21-$28/hour Shift Details: Every other Saturday and Sunday, 8am-8pm. Westfield Veterinary Hospital (WVH) is a full service veterinary clinic. We can take care of virtually all your pets needs in one comfortable, professional setting ” anything from a nail trim to some of the most advanced diagnostic and surgical procedures available. WVH also offers many of the day-to-day products that you use with your pet. If we do not carry an item you are looking for, we will do our best to either get it for you or tell you where you can find it! The Registered Veterinary Technician (RVT) supports the operation of an animal hospital by providing medical care to patients in accordance with veterinary practice regulations. The RVT guides and trains medical support staff, ensures smooth workflow during shifts, and communicates effectively with team members and clients.
