At Livewell, every hospital is built in partnership between Mission Pet Health and a Founding Veterinarian Partner, giving you the rare opportunity to shape and lead a fully funded practice that reflects your vision and your community’s needs. Our hospitals are not cookie-cutter templates—they are designed around your medical passions, with a concierge-level commitment to individualized, high-quality care. You’ll be fully supported in building your team and practice while maintaining the autonomy to lead medicine your way.
