Job Description

Livewell Animal Hospitals are start-up hospitals built in partnership between Mission Pet Health and Founding Veterinarians.

 

 As a Founding DVM, you can shape, launch, and lead a fully funded hospital built around your medical passions and your community’s needs. 

 

The hospitals are designed to reflect the vision of their founders—not a cookie-cutter template—with a concierge-level commitment to individualized, high-quality care. You’ll be supported every step of the way, but empowered to practice medicine the way you have always dreamed of!

 

 Each Livewell location is carefully selected based on strong demographic, market, and growth data—to give the Founding DVM and hospital the best chance at long-term success.

We are excited to offer the opportunity to establish a Livewell Animal Hospital in Boise, Idaho. This prime location provides exceptional visibility and access in one of Boise's most rapidly growing areas. The site benefits from proximity to major roadways, ensuring consistent exposure and accessibility. The surrounding community is experiencing significant growth, with the Boise metropolitan area ranking as the 13th fastest-growing metro in the U.S. from 2023 to 2024, fueled by both in-migration and retention. As a Founding DVM, you'll have the opportunity to build a thriving, community-focused hospital in a dynamic, pet-loving market, creating lasting impact while benefiting from a location designed for long-term success.
