Job Description

The Medical Programs Coordinator plays a key role in supporting and executing medical programs within the Medical Excellence team. This individual will serve as a central coordination point across specialty services, field teams, and hospital partners, ensuring seamless communication, organization, and delivery of high-quality medical initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Specialty Consult Coordination
  • Monitor and manage the consult board to ensuretimelyresponses and workflow efficiency
  • Oversee andmaintainshared specialty email inboxes
  • Act as a liaison and support system between Medical Excellence specialists and hospital teams
  • Continuing Education (CE) Event Coordination
  • Coordinate, organize, and support execution of CE events featuring Mission specialists
  • Collaborate with field teams to plan strategically targeted events, regional visits, and area-based initiatives
  • Managelogisticsincluding scheduling, communication, materials, and follow-ups
  • Program & Project Support
  • Assistin the coordination and execution ofadditionalmedical programs as directed by the Director of Medical Excellence
  • Apply project management principles to track progress, manage timelines, and ensure successful program delivery
  • Maintain organized documentation and reporting for ongoing initiatives
  • Operational Excellence
  • Ensure strong attention to detail across all tasks and communications
  • Identifyopportunities to improve processes and enhance program efficiency
  • Support cross-functional collaboration across teams

Qualifications

  • Highly detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Experience with project coordination or program management preferred
  • Proficiencyin Monday.com, Microsoft Office Suite, and Windows-based systems
  • Strong communicationand collaboration skills in a remote environment
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
  • CrVTadded benefit, notrequired

Preferred:

  • Background or familiarity with veterinary medical terminology or clinical environments
