Additional Hospital Information & Who We are Looking For:
• Interest In: Small-animal general practice, including wellness exams, preventative care, diagnostics, dental and soft tissue/surgical procedures, advanced care services, and client education — while providing clinical leadership across cases and helping align medical standards throughout the hospital. The practice also supports urgent care presentations as part of its broad service offerings.
• Medical Lead / Experienced Veterinarian: We are seeking an experienced veterinarian to join the team in a Medical Lead role. This position combines hands-on clinical practice with medical leadership responsibilities, guiding clinical standards, supporting complex case direction, and contributing to quality of care initiatives across the hospital. Prior leadership experience is a bonus but not required — what matters most is strong clinical judgment, collaborative communication, and a passion for excellent medicine.
• Supportive, Experienced Technical & Clinical Staff: Join a dedicated team focused on delivering comprehensive, compassionate care. Support staff collaborate closely with doctors in diagnostics, surgery, anesthesia, treatments, and client communication, creating an environment where medical leadership can flourish while providing high-quality patient care.
• Layout Specifics: Full-service facility offering multiple exam and treatment areas, surgical and dental suites, advanced diagnostics and testing equipment, and urgent care capabilities designed to support both excellent general practice medicine and leadership in clinical protocols and outcomes.
• Collaborative Leadership Environment: The Medical Lead will partner with hospital management to enhance clinical workflows, standardize best practices, review and refine medical protocols, and act as a key voice for medical quality and consistency across the team.
• Patient Mix: A varied caseload primarily focused on dogs and cats across wellness, preventive, surgical, urgent, and advanced care visits, offering the opportunity to practice broad-scope medicine and influence clinical direction in a dynamic practice setting.
