In terms of medical practice, you will be delivering comprehensive small animal care spanning wellness, preventative medicine, advanced testing and diagnostics, and complex surgical procedures. Our facility handles a busy caseload including advanced care, urgent care, and same-day or drop-off appointments, demonstrating the high demand for our services. Specifically, we offer advanced surgical capabilities, including Orthopedics, allowing you to utilize and expand high-level skills without needing constant referrals. Job Description

What You'll Bring to the Team

  • Proven experience managing a P&L, with a track record of driving results.
  • A successful background in recruiting, interviewing, and building high-quality teams.
  • Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to foster a positive, high-performing culture.
  • Strong communication and conflict-resolution skills.
  • Previous management experience in a veterinary, medical, or customer-focused retail environment is required.
