Cole Veterinary Hospital provides a full spectrum of small animal medicine focused on wellness and advanced care. Our AAHA accreditation ensures consistent adherence to stringent standards in surgery, diagnostic imaging, anesthesiology, and emergency services. Teammates rely on robust Testing & Diagnostics capabilities and are equipped to manage urgent care cases. As a 2022 VIN Member, we maintain connections to educational resources that support high-quality, up-to-date medical practices while prioritizing partnerships with industry leaders like Royal Canin and Boehringer Ingelheim.

The hospital is situated in Spring, Texas, a highly desirable and rapidly growing community just north of Houston. Job Description

Your Impact as a Experienced Hospital Manager

What You'll Bring to the Team

  • Proven experience managing a P&L, with a track record of driving results.
  • A successful background in recruiting, interviewing, and building high-quality teams.
  • Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to foster a positive, high-performing culture.
  • Strong communication and conflict-resolution skills.
  • Previous management experience in a veterinary, medical, or customer-focused retail environment is required.
