Job Description

With Livewell Urgent Care Animal Hospitals, every hospital is built in partnership between Mission Pet Health and a Founding Veterinarian, giving you the opportunity to shape, launch, and lead a fully funded urgent care hospital designed around your medical strengths and your community’s needs. We’re not building cookie-cutter practices—we’re building purpose-driven hospitals that reflect their founders’ vision, supported by a concierge-level commitment to individualized, high-quality care. You’ll have the freedom to guide clinical decisions and lead your team your way, with the backing and resources to thrive.

 

Our Chevy Chase location embodies this vision. Located on the ground floor of The Camille, a luxury mixed-use development on Wisconsin Avenue, it offers exceptional visibility, walkability, and a built-in base of pet owners who live just steps away. Inside, you’ll practice in a Fear Free® Informed environment purposefully designed for urgent and same-day care, with a dedicated surgical suite and dental suite to handle advanced procedures and emergencies. You’ll be supported by a trained marketing team that helps you grow awareness of the services you’re passionate about, ensuring the hospital is known as the go-to resource for urgent pet care in the community. Chevy Chase’s highly engaged, pet-loving residents make this an ideal place to build lasting relationships while providing accessible, advanced medical care. As our Founding DVM Partner, you’ll have the opportunity to establish the standards, team culture, and growth trajectory of a new kind of urgent care experience in one of the most dynamic areas of the D.C. metro region.
