  • Training and Enrichment: You will spend daily individual time with assigned pets, teaching new behaviors (sit, stay, come, etc.) and helping them develop positive habits like waiting at gates and loose-leash walking.
  • Delivering Exceptional Client Service: You'll handle check-ins and check-outs, gathering instructions from clients and providing them with daily training progress reports, report cards, and homework.
  • Maintaining a Clean Environment: You will disinfect nap/playrooms daily, perform deep cleaning weekly, launder bedding/toys, and maintain a "fecal-free" zone outdoors.
  • Documenting Progress: You'll complete daily training progress reports and document pet status/well-being in our computer system (Cornerstone).

What You'll Bring to the Team

  • Knowledge of proper dog training methods and techniques.
  • A strong understanding of dog behavior and human body language.
  • A calm, nurturing, and confident attitude.
  • Excellent communication skills with both dogs and people.
